Ive flown with WingX for two years now, and renewed with a 3 year subscription. This company cares about getting it right, and about what is useful for pilots.

I preplan routes and save them for the right time to cruise that territory. I added a "Home" waypoint near my home field to facilitate round robin routes. "Home" is then the last waypoint to which I return, and then enter the traffic pattern.

Runway extensions are a real help when going into a strange field. Route information aids setting radio frequencies ahead of time. The 4nm borders around the line of flight are helpful in setting up for the downwind leg.

All in all, I wouldnt want to return to paper charts. Thanks, Hilton.
